Booking Confirmation
Catering bookings are only confirmed after deposit payment and written approval from both parties.
Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate event details
Ensuring proper parking/access space
Securing permits if required
Providing electrical access if discussed beforehand
Menu & Guest Counts
Final menu selections and guest counts should be confirmed before the agreed deadline to ensure preparation accuracy.
Service Timing
Arreu will make reasonable efforts to arrive and serve according to the scheduled timeline. Delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or emergencies may impact timing.
Weather & Outdoor Events
Outdoor service may be affected by severe weather conditions. Alternative arrangements should be discussed in advance when possible.
Liability
Arreu is not responsible for damages, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate environments.
Acceptance
By confirming a catering or event booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
