Due to the nature of prepared food services, completed food orders are generally non-refundable.
Catering Deposits
Catering deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling, preparation, staffing, or purchasing has begun.
Event Cancellations
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may qualify for partial refunds.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be refundable.
Severe weather or emergency situations may be reviewed individually.
Service Adjustments
Arreu reserves the right to modify menus, ingredients, or service logistics due to availability, weather, travel, or operational circumstances.
